Main Air-conditioning Equipment
The main air-conditioning equipment will be shut-down:
Wed., Mar. 2nd
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
for a repair. Do not adjust or turn-off the thermostat in your apartment. After the maintenance is complete your air conditioning system will automatically resume cooling again.

Window Cleaning
The window cleaners will be here starting Thurs., Mar. 17th. They will only be cleaning the pane of glass to the master bedrooms; no jalousies etc.
Enclosed lanai windows and rails may be cleaned at an additional charge. No jalousies just pane windows. Payment must be received before March 10th for this additional service. There is a new process, there is no need to email to be on list, your personal check will be your request. Please drop-off payment at the manager’s office with checks made payable to “Appearance Inc.”
