We recently mailed you the Annual Meeting notice and proxy for the 2024 Annual Meeting of Kahala Beach. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024, 5:00 p.m., onsite in the library.

Please disregard the voting portion for the Resolution, as this has already been completed and votes will be invalid. You may go to the Kahala Beach Office and see General Manager Jenny, to receive an updated proxy form .
Please send in your proxy even if you plan to attend the meeting. You may also mark the box “For Quorum Purposes Only” to help establish a Quorum. Be sure to cast your vote for the Election of Directors and sign/date your proxy, print your name and unit number(s).
